• Returning later to pack everything up and remove the gear

Beach Setup & Breakdown Policy

Our Beach Setup & Breakdown Service includes daily setup and breakdown of your reserved equipment. If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or unsafe beach conditions) prevents setup, you will receive a prorated credit or refund for the affected day(s) only. Weather delays or brief afternoon showers after your setup has been completed do not qualify for a refund. Customer-requested cancellations due to weather after equipment has been set up are not eligible for a refund.

A quick note: For safety and liability reasons, we’re unable to assemble or set up personal beach equipment such as Shibumis, umbrellas, tents, or other shade systems.

We’re happy to set out your personal beach chairs, towels, beach toys, boogie boards, and other beach essentials as part of your setup. Thank you for understanding!
